Appointment Reservations & Cancellations
To ensure your preferred time, we recommend booking appointments in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A $25 cancellation fee may apply if proper notice is not given, as we aim to accommodate all clients effectively.

Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the selected service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and gift cards. Payment plans may be available for memberships or packages upon request.

Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Our staff is trained in CPR and First Aid, and we adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment. Please notify us of any allergies, health conditions, or special needs in advance so we can best accommodate you.

Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and positive environment. Clients are expected to treat staff and fellow visitors with kindness and respect. Service may be denied to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for your convenience, but we recommend leaving valuables at home. CalmCore Fitness Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information is handled confidentially and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, and the full service fee will still apply.

Memberships & Packages
Memberships and package deals are non-transferable and non-refundable. All services included must be used within the specified time frame. Refer to your membership or package terms for further details.

Minors
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Age restrictions may apply to specific services such as spa treatments or fitness classes. Please inquire for details.

Right to Modify
CalmCore Fitness Spa reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
